Interior and Exterior Cleaning
We can hand squeegee just about any surface of glass in or out of your building. We have ladders that reach up to four stories.
Each job is unique, so a thorough walk-through and estimate will tell us exactly what is needed. Below is a listing of what to expect from a general cleaning of a one to two story building.
The process goes like this:
- We arrive on time in uniform and in a clearly marked truck.
- A wet applicator is appliedto the window to the to loosen any dirt and grime.
- Then we use a squeegee to whisk away water and leave a clear shine.
- A wipe down of edges and trim where water collects with a microfiber cloth.
- A thorough inspection before moving on to the next window.
Tucker Pole Work
A tucker pole is a large water fed pole that scrubs and rinses away dirt and grime from your upper windows. This method is usually a more economical option for buildings three floors or less.
Construction Clean Up
This type of cleaning involves detailed scraping of manufacture stickers, paint overspray, dry wall residue, and any other mess left behind from construction or remodeling. After the construction mess is gone, we do a thorough window cleaning .
